Hi
I am having some trouble, I am a very smart student and a real hardworker, I want to transfer from my junior college to a four year college, but I am having trouble with resources of funding my education. The state grant, governement grants and Stafford loans wouldn't amount to the fees I need. WOuld anyone have any idea about anyone willing to sponsor a smart, hardworking, obedient and thankful student like me. I just do not want to drop out of school. Please help, I would appreciate the info 911

If you have credit without bad mark on it I am sure you can get a loan from a private source(bank or person). Also depending on how much you need you maybe able to use other options like credit cards.

I would recommend going to school part-time and taking on a job to save up enough money to fund your studies full-time. There are also a number of websites you could go to for scholarship information.

I would look for a personal philanthropist as a last resort, after you have exhausted all other resources. Based on the information you provided, it doesn't seem like you have fully investigated the possibility of scholarships. I personally would be hesitant to sponsor your studies without you having done so.

Check fastweb.org for all scholarships avaliable to you and apply for them. See if the university you plan to attend has a work/study program, where they'll either pay you competitive wage, or pay part of your tuition if you work for them (in the student store, food service, etc, not teaching). After that if you still don't have enough, work on getting a loan from a private source, and get a part time job to pay it back ASAP.

Not enough information.

If I know what your major was I would suggest going to a company for a loan.

For instance if you were a major in biology you might go to a company that makes pills and see if they would be interested in seeing you through school.
