Guy: Nice slacks, a button up long sleeve shirt, and a tie.
Girl: Cocktail dress possibly, or just a nice skirt and blouse. A girl can also wear a black suit and dress it up with a fun colorful blouse and jewelry.

It means dress up (Like you would wear to church perhaps). At least a shirt and tie for mean (jacket would be best), and dress or skirt for women.

activities outfits ability u might want to placed on shorts and denims IF U pick to. if u do no longer pick to u might want to placed on a gown, yet of direction it should not be floor length evening gown - u will seem stupid. yet short gown - why no longer?
