I have 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. I had the worst morning sickness with my son. It lasted most of the pregnancy and I had it all day, not just in the morning. I had no morning sickness at all with my youngest.

I only had morning sickness with my second, which was a girl, but I have 2 other girls, and a boy on the way. I don't think that gender is a factor in morning sickness.

I didn't have a lick of morning sickness with either of my boys. I did get sick with my girl, but it was more like having food poisoning or something. It only lasted 2 weeks.

Girl or boy wont matter. !st one- no sickness- boy. Second one-sick all the time- boy again. Try crackers before you even get out of bed.
