I need it for an assignment that I have procrastinated on terribly and I cannot find it anywhere!!! I have found some sort of a chart that I plotted info on my specific case study child but I cannot figure out what it means after I've plotted it!

There is no average height and weight,your doctor should have a chart that they record your childs height and weight on in a shaded area. AS long as your child stays within this area,everything is O.K.
Your doctor can explain its meaning to you if you ask,it is just tracking your daughters growth and weight.

All pediatricians have a growth chart. Have you tried to Google "growth chart" to see what you come up with?

You should be able to find it on google. Just type in "body mass index" and it should give you some links.
