Ok I think since she has a boyfriend she's uncomfortable talking to me,but I'm cool with that as long as we're friends. How can I say I want to be friends, I don't like you in a "girlfriend" way anymore, I still want to be cool with you, and you don't have to feel uncomfortable talking to me anymore just because you have a boyfriend because I don't like you like that any longer. Translated into a few sentences and not so specific. I really want us to be friends and don't want our friendship to die out.

I would just tell her that although you liked her in the past that you have moved past those feelings for her and would love to be friends with her still and respect the fact that she has a boyfriend now.

How about what you just said, I really like us being friends. No need to feel uncomfortable as far as I'm concerned. You rock!

Short and to the point: "I'd like us to be able to be friends"
