As long as your urine is still light, you're drinking plenty. You shouldn't have anything to worry about.

90% of the american population are chronically dehydrated. I wouldnt worry about it. Do your friends have headaches or weight gain??? MOst likely not and they dont drink that much water. Also... As long as you are still drinking some water per day, that is still better than most. Dont substitute FOOD for your missing water and weight gain wont be an issue. Drinking ICE cold water when you have no reason to be hungry is good for you. Good luck

They say '8 glasses of water' a day is what you need. If your pee is a light shade of yellow, then you're nicely hydrated. if it's pure water looking, then you're actually drinking more than you need - which in moderation won't be too bad for you either.
Tip - if you've drunk enough water and still feel thirsty, try sucking ice cubes, or chips. It will relieve your thirst, but you won't have to offload so much water in the bathroom!

the body's water and sugar level (along with other shi*) has to stay on a certain lvl for us to function. You look alrite to me so its fine. We suppose to drink 3 litres of water a day if u do that thats great but the main purpose of water is sustaining life. If u aint dying then dont stress.

I drink a lot of water in the summer and hardly any in the winter.
I haven't had any adverse affects. But of course, you do need liquids during the day, so drink something.

maybe your body can't take any more water. We don't care about the color of your pee.
