It is a prepaid debit card put out by Mastercard. It has the Maestro and Cirrus logos on it. I need to know whether or not Israel has ATM locations that will accept this card.

Automated-teller machines at some Bank Ha-Poalim and Mizrachi Bank branches are now connected to the CIRRUS-NYCE systems. Your foreign ATM card will only work at those few machines in each major city that are equipped with ATMs that carry the CIRRUS, NYCE, or PLUS sign.

MasterCard and Cirrus have merged there networks. You should be able to use the card at an ATM that has those symbols. However, make sure you use it at an ATM that won't eat your card. Some prepaid cards do not work internationally. You might want to call the prepaid card customer service and ask them. There may be extra fees if you do use it internationally.

Any ATM will work. I was there for 7 months last year and I would always draw money from the ATM's. There is a withdrawl fee of about 15 shekels at a time at least though. Have fun;)
