I was raised Christan- technically Pentecostal. When I got older I searched the Bible, simple logic, and many authors from different faiths and that only helped to affirm my belief in God-yes still a Pentecostal.

I believe what I believe today from what I have found for myself. My beliefs have drastically changed within the last couple of years from what I did believe. But it basically has just taught me to love all and accept all. I still am in the same religion as when I was younger, although I am now a lot more aware of things in my religion and in others.
I think your beliefs have to change, otherwise you are not growing, and in turn become spiritually dry, in whatever religion you have, or lack thereof.

I was raised as a Catholic. But as I grow older I started to ask questions and seen a lot of conflict in beliefs. I search and read a lot and of course pray a lot. At the moment i am living in a simple and a happy life with my family. Contented and hopeful that despite this fearful world there is one true God that is in control of everything. I had nothing to worry about knowing He will always be there to guide me and my family.

I have no religious beliefs.
Growing up, I assumed (because everyone else believed) that there was some sort of god or something.
Then I realized there was no reason to think any such thing.
Never looked back.
The burden of proof is on those who believe. None of them have any good reason to believe.
There is no magic; there is no woo-woo; there is no Spanking Sky Daddy -- nada, nothing, zip, goose egg.

I was baptist from 8-12 or so. Became atheist in college after reading about world religions and taking philosophy and science and anthropology. I'm also genetically inclined towards logic and reaon instead of emotion.
