I have sharp pains and it feels like something moves around in that area, especially if I bend over suddenly. Symptoms occur after eating also.

You could possibly have a sort of breast cancer. To be sure, I would lay on your back and check for any lumps in that breast. Also your wire bras could be too tight, under your breast and is probably causing irritation.

Check to make sure you are wearing the appropriate bra size, or that there are any lumps in your breast. If you are too afriad to do so, then go talk to your doctor.

You may have a rib out of place. I had a similar pain about 3 years ago. It would get it for a day or two, nothing serious just annoying. By the time I was ready to call the doctor, it would go away. I would be fine for several weeks, then it would come back.

Eventually after about a year, it acted up and didn't go away, for about a week. Then one day at work, it really started hurting, and by lunch time it hurt every time I took a breath. At that point I knew it was something with my ribs,

So I went to a chiropractor. Had to see him three times a week for about a month, before it slipped back into place. I then needed to do follow up visits, once a month for 6 months, then once every 2 months for another 6.
