Honestly, I don't like either, but if I had to pick, I'd go with Rashean. Why? Because it's easier to say and spell. And the nick name could be Rash or Shean. What do you think the nick name for Ezekeal would be? Eze lol that's not very positive.

the names are fine but you are right to avoid difficult spellings, which makes me prefer Rashean. Unfortunately I think I would pronounce ra-shawn from the spelling.

honestly I don't like either but this your child. You also need to think about how this name will effect them in school will it be hard for him/her to spell this will it be easy for people to say this name. My daughters name is Tijuana and no one ever get it right she has been called everything but the right name. So, think of your child when picking out names
