Hey girl, don't rush it. it all depends on how you feel about this guy. you want to wait for the rite time. and while it may sound like a cliche, in the future, you'll look back and remember your first moments with him.
don't rush a relationship, if you do, then there's nothing left to experience, so take your time and breathe. enjoy what you have.
ever heard the expression "if you fall off the horse, get back on it" well...don't be quick to jump on the horse..walk with it for a while.
and later after all the time waiting, you'll come to find that your first kiss with this guy was worth the wait.

As a rule of thumb: If the first kiss hasn't happened within a month, there's no chemistry. Wait one more week and then try to make your move on him. If it works, good for you! If not, get out, there's no point in pursuing a futile venture.

If you want to kiss him, kiss him! A lot of people kiss on the first date or within the first few days. Just do it whenever you're comfortable, it's not a big deal : ) Have fun!

Kissing is not that big deal...He should have kissed you the first time you went out.
Just go for it and say something like:
"Can I ask you a question? Are you ever going to kiss me?"

its not a matter of days or time. its when you feel comfortable enough around him to be able to kiss him. when the mood is right, and so are your feelings, you will know

Don't measure it in days, kind of silly. It will happen at the right moment and you will just know. Don't rush it, and don't make it forced just let it happen naturally.
