i am not exactly fat but im about 15 pounds overwieght so how can i loose it fast??

this is a one day weight loss exercise,
first go to the bathroom, spit alot from morning to night, run alot that day. then before you go to bed ull be at least 5 pounds lighter. check before you eat dinner not after.
If you want a long time answer then spend an hour every 2 days at a local gym and do alot of cardio and stomach exercises.
By the way there is no problem with TV models at least they are not using overweight ppl to walk down the carpet... I dont see any problem with women looking good.

your still growing, maintain dont lose, you'll stunt your growth.
at your age, you only lose if your dangerously obese, and your not. dont look at the sick models on t.v...

dont go on these dramatic diets just watch wat you eat and eat regulary and small proportions and water with the excersising just get active
