You are screwed. Show up, face the music, and pay the price.

Contact the court clerk for the jurisdiction in which the ticket/warrant was issued. (State police, county officers and constables are normally County Court, municipalities and towns usually have their own City/Town Court) Tell the court clerk that you have an outstanding warrant and need to see about getting it taken care of as well as the original ticket you received. She will tell you what to do to clear this matter. Costs are normally the fine for the ticket, fine for non-compliance plus court costs. If you choose to contest the ticket/warrant, you will have a court date set that you will be required to attend, or they will issue another warrant. If your license is suspended, the court will have to write the state agency who issues licenses and allow you to be reinstated, which will also cost you money in reinstatement fees. If you are unable to find the phone number for the proper court clerk, call the police station for the agency who issued the ticket for you and they will have the number.
You should take care of this as soon as you can, so you don't risk getting arrested on the warrant and having your car towed.
