These stores a made to sell all the clothes that didn't sell in the regular stores. Some things are out of season or they've just moved on to a new style. Also, they sell clothing that is irregular or has been returned.

Outlet stores have overstocks or slight irregulars (seconds). Or they may have out of season clothes. These always lower the price. Take advantage of the lower prices. Children grow so fast, it seems they are always outgrowing their clothes. Why pay more than you have to?
