NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

THIS works for ME.
FOOT SCRUB. not kiding
( body scrub may not work b/c its got finer grains n tend to be watery. foot s. has bigger ones n drys perfectly for rubing off dead skin)
first test it.
then put it on ur scars for 2-5 minutes. when its still soft but starting to dry, take small drops of water n start working on the scrub.
this is like regular ance scrub, but its cheaper lol....
k, after that do wash ur face with plain water. now go run around or watch tv till it dries. might have a sticky sensation or rubery, but it goes away n it feels softer afterwards.
then put it on again n leave it on for 3-5 minutes n this time NO water!! make sure it didnt dry all the way. if it did, add 1 or 2 drops of water
rub it off. I dont mean try to scrap it, but rub SOFTly so u dont get small pimple popin up. dont be stupid like ME n try to rub it at lighting speed like those handheld things on tv. DO NOT.
**********of course if u have soft skin....dont try? i have fairly soft, but its firm enough***************
the foot scrub should have PUMICE n triethanolamine as its ingredients!!!
if u dont wanna, try MINT leaves. I did tat n it made it light, but i started usin the footscrub a day later when i found it (stole lol), so dont really know if it works.
GOOD luck
TIP
always do ur experiments on fridays or holiday breaks.
what ur doin is rubbing off the old skin, so it may take like 4-7 days make it a light color like mine. BUT u can see results the first day. do this through out the day, maybe 4 or 6x a day. dont overdo it n let ur skin have a break! :)
*use mosterizer b4 u go to sleep...again...dont ever overdo anything.
"too much of a good thing can be a bad thing"
dont cover entire face. just the acne spots, it works better this way n saves money

try mederma $13-18 at walmart by the pharmacy, its to help reduce all scars. this is less than any surgery and i think could help significantly with any scaring. be careful if you have open blemishes, that may cause some further irritation of those

No, sorry, you need to see a dermatologist who can do a chemical peel, laser treatments or dermabrasion.
You cannot abrade the skin deeply enough at home with out causing infection and making the scars worse
