a girl I work with has my attention.I flirt hard and have asked her out a few times and she's always busy with her kids.We have deep personal conversations and she always lights up when she sees me. Ive told her if she doesnt want the extra attention to just tell me and she says its ok. I cant seem to break her shell and I cant get any encouragement or discouragement. I like her alot, how long should I persue?

you may have crossed the line from potential boyfriend to confidant and friend and she may not want to risk losing that. Show her that you have intentions of more than where you are (not just dates, but more suggestive flirting).. if not, then search elsewhere... You'll either find someone else who won't waste your time, or she'll realize that it's worth the risk..

I think that you should keep trying. After all, if you like her, and she apparently seems to like you, then there might be a future for the two of you. I say keep at it, because she might like the attention. Just don't become a stalker. Good Luck!!
