If you have a HP laptop that will be a small problem but easy to fix. go to www.hp.com and get the driver back. dont know why HP is like that....same thing happend to me!

michael's should work but if all else fails your laptop should have come with a software recovery disc insert the disc then restart it should tell you what to do from there
