There are several things you can do. It is very important that you don't over dry your skin when treating it. Many products are out there for acne. Proactive is extremely good, but is costly. Avon has a product line that is very good, as does Walgreens and Walmart. You have to try them to see what is going to work for you. Make sure you use a light weight non oily moisturizer to maintain balance. Check with your local natural foods store too. They may have a supplement that will help. Best to you dear. Nana

There are different products for guys and girls, but guys' acne is usually worse than girls'- testosterone makes it worse. If you have bad acne, see a dermatologist. That's the best way. They can prescribe just the right cream/medication for you, one that you probably wouldn't be able to get just over the counter. My brother did this, and he doesn't regret it. And as it happens, we both also use the same product: Noxema. Works for us!
