Partially true. Your always told you can do anything if you set your mind to it, this is true. But the emotion love cannot be "gotten" from someone else unless they want it. If they dont theres probably nothing you can do about it.

no. you can have all the determination in the world and still not achieve your goals. I think there is always a chance, however.
