ive been taking adderol for my add for the longest time. i loved it because it really supressed my appetite.. so i started eating only small portions at a time and got into healthier stuff and working out and i felt great. but my doctor decided to take me off of it and now im hungry all the time and all i wanna do is eat junk food. is there any products out there besides diet pills(where i live u have to be 18 to buy them) that can help supress your appetite? or any foods that do that? thanks :)

Protein makes you feel fuller faster and so does wheat bread. You need to get control of yourself. JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO SNACK, doesnt mean you have to. I KNOW!!! THere have been TONS of times where I want to eat all day and night, and snack on everything... but I resist. Also try working out, IF you have a regular routine, you could burn extra snack calories by working out.

I agree with the first poster. Also, drink water. It fills you up and is super good for you.
