My boyfriend can keep it up by himself and he has with other people, but all of a sudden he can't keep it up with me. Like I will go down on him and he will be hard but the second I
quit it will go soft. I am looking for ideas to keep it hard with out medications. Any ideas?

Maybe it is a persoal fault in your relationship he may be the type of person who lacks the stimulation after he gets too familar with you. In short he's got it too easy with you get someone else who really cares and isnt a sexual glutton who has had too much of a good thing

I'd really like to know the answer to this as well. My 29 year old boyfriend not only has problems getting hard & keeping it hard, but also from premature ejaculation. In order to get him hard, I usually have to really work him (masturbation and oral). If I don't act fast, he will lose "it" before we are able to have sex. But then sometimes he doesn't even get to penetrate me before he ejaculates. Sometimes he can last for about 5 minutes, maybe 15 if we go extremely slow & do the stop & start. But even that sometimes fails as if we stop too long, he will lose his erection. He fails to see that there is a problem. I've asked him to maybe see a doctor about this, but he will not as he doesn't think there's anything wrong - just stress (he's in university with a huge work load). But this has been going on for 2 years now... my patience is worn thin and my sexual frustration is quite high. Someone suggested that I have him wear a c*ck ring. Haven't tried it yet to see if it works.

He can buy a cock ring. It's usually metal or rubber, and he can place it at the base of his penis to maintain his erection for a longer period of time.

he may have performance anxiety, try complimenting him.

also could be stress.

for a while try a c0ck ring you can buy them for cheap. Don't keep it on too long and make sure he takes it off right before he comes.

good luck!
