no, she's an adult. She's legally allowed to live with her boyfriend.

No, she's an adult. Not a very responsible or clever one I admit, but an adult just the same.
Why would any 18 year old give up a home and a family to move in with their boyfriend, when all the statistics show they'll break up within four years?

Nope, she can stay. But then mom is no longer responsible for her medical bills etc. My youngest pulled this on me and my wife. Surprise surprise when she busted her leg 3 months later and sent the bill back with a not saying she was on her own.

In Canada 18 is considered adult and the police will not make her anything.

Her mom can call the cops all she wants, but they'll just tell her, "We're sorry, ma'am, but your daughter is not breaking any laws." Then they'll try to hang up as fast as they can, because they need to spend their time trying to catch theives and murderers, not dealing with her failed mother-daughter relationship.

Nope, she is a legal adult. But if something goes wrong the mother may not and doesn't have to take her back

if 18 is the age of majority in your state (in some states it is 21) then it doesn't matter if you are still in school. You are an adult and can live anywhere you please.

I don't believe they can forceably make you return after you are 18 years of age.
