if you have known a guy for a while,and he has been chasing you for over a year,and your only seeing eachother casually and have only kissed despite him wanting to take things further,if he says,would you ever sleep with me,does he like you or is he just after sex?is he trying to find out if i like him cause i havent gone further than kissing?

Why did you kiss if you didn't want to make a deeper friendship?
You have led him on, he has been patient, maybe he doesn't have a lot of confidence to seek another girl.
Main thing is. Do you like him more than a friend? If you are in any doubt you should not sleep with him. He has spent a lot of time trying to persuade you, to him it is more likely to be about 'LOVE' not just sex.
If you don't want to have a serious relationship with this guy don't have a casual one!
You will have to be very sensitive in how you handle your current relationship, do it wrong and you will hurt him a lot.

Are you nuts?? He's been patient enough to pursue you for a year. through the man a bone jesus. Even if all you've done is kiss there are ways to make kissing interesting. It sounds like your playing with this person and that isn't cool. Your obviously not very interested maybe you should find someone else.

surely, a year is an awful long time to think some is only interested in sex.Women always think men are only interested in sex because they asked first but, a year ,means the guy really likes you.come on gal.

well, just by asking this question, i can see that you have doubts about whether or not he is genuine. that's saying somehting. i'd say you shouldn't sleep with him. at least not just yet. tell him it's against your convention or soemthing and see if he hangs around. and see if your questionings and doubts cease.. then you can go from there.

Not sure if he just wants sex, but he obviously loves the challenge. It may be that he doesn't bother with you agan once he has conquered you as a challenge, so to speak.
