at your age it dosn't matter. but if you want to keep your weight in check then just eat food that is good for you. or in the morning eat friut and oatmeal and whatever you eat for the rest of the day will digest better.
and excersise. then it really dosn't matter how many calories you eat.
but you shouldn't be worrieing about cals. at your age. especially if your an average girl.

1500-2200 Def not more than that! And you'll need to take into acct all the drinks caloric content as well.
