A few months ago, I was a wicked fast-food junkie. Now, whenever I eat things like mcdonalds, kfc, hot pockets, or many other things, I'll be nervous about being like 10 feet away from my bathroom, haha. At the moment, I mostly eat things like rice, soup, and I usually still end up eating a chick-fil-a a few times between monday and friday, and that won't bother me.

Right now, I weigh 111 lbs, and I think without all that food it's making me lost a lot of weight, which makes sense.. I guess all I'd get from eating all that fast food everyday would be a heart attack in 40 years anyway, and I'm better off without it? =]

I dropped from 127 to 105 after taking out fast food and sodas. Your body builds up a tolerance to bad food. It begins to learn to metabolize it. Think of it as a survival mechanism. You're better off feeding your body nothing processed or manufactured... Because your body already knows how to metabolize good food.

Did you know one kids meal from Sonic contains 400-600 calories (depending on which one you get)? Chick-fil-a's 8 nuggets are about 400 calories, their fries are 200, and sodas are whatever they are. Right there you're feeding your body a good 600(+soda) calories (which is fine), but its full of no nutrition whatsoever.

Eat some steak along with that rice and soup! lol

Well as u get older your body changes and it needs different things and after eating all of the junk food it has decided to change and it does the same to medications that you may have taken when you was a child and not able to take now.

yea lol its better to make food like that at home u can use a deep fryer and do chicken tenders by sliceing breast meat or buy it already sliced and u can use breading like progresso and u can deep fry them and u can buy bags of french fries and deep fry them and u can do onion rings and deep fry them.

You can make pizza at home and u can make tacos at home with old el paso kits u can make baked goods at home
everything can be done at home and healthier or even bigger and better for the same amout u get at the fast food restuarante

stick with the healthy food - as you experienced: other bad food makes you sick....

all the best. been there. done that. sometimes craving for fastfood - but times are a changing...and my intestiles too
