my face has been breaking out...but not with zits i don't kno what it is..it feels like a rash it's itchy but it feels like its flacky but it's not, when i look at it really close it looks like really small little bumps...haha i kno this sounds like a riddle but that's what i feel like it is...i'm not itching it or anyhting like that but it's not going away...it's not really red...and PLEASE don't tell me to go see a dermatologist or anything like that because if i had the time and money i would've totally already been there...

it sounds like a form of eczema. go get some hydrocortizone cream from the pharmacy (they sell it over the counter). it should help it clear up. if it doesnt go away from that, you may need a stronger dose, which you can only get to a doctor. also, since there are little heads in it, i would suggest something with a little sulfur in it. that will help your body learn to fight it.
but, it may just be an allergic reaction to the soap you are using. stop using the soap you have, and if that doesnt work, try the above suggestions. if you have any more questions, feel free to IM or message me. good luck

Did you currently change your face wash product? It seems like a sign of allege. Or it can be due to the weather try applying some face cream before you go out. It might even happen because you did not wash your face regularly.

it could be an allergic reaction to a new kind of soap you bought... or if you have been in the woods or a forest , it could be poison ivy, oak, or sumac. If you have been using any kind of new detergent that could also be it. also if you are allergic to fire resistent carpet that could cause a rash.

you might have solomons syndrome (epidermas nevas syndrome) its a congenital disease that causes rash like paterns on your body i have this but if yours goes away then its not, its a permanent thing like on in 5 million get it.
