no, you can say whatever you want, but you will ultimately be sent into the military or jail. If you do something like that while in the military and said you would before, you will have committed treason in which case you will be executed. I was a coward I would go to canada instead

That is all called Treason and you could be hanged. Better to declare yourself a pacifist or objector and you will be assigned non-combat duty.

I had a guy do that in Nam, he has never been found, I wonder why. If you have a yellow streak just tell them your gay and prove it, instant disqualified.
