Its like my eyes get really confused, and I can't focus, and I can barely walk because theres so much stuff around me. I especially have trouble in Barnes and Noble.
BTW...I have Benign Positional Vertigo, where the crystals in my ears get out of place and I experience vertigo and nystagmus, but I don't think this is related.
Please help....
Also, I get headaches when I'm in the sun...even when I just see sunlight for a few minutes.

I know its not a migraine...i have different symptoms with those, and I don't always get a headache when this happens.

You do however, have an inflammatory process which is involving the cranial nerves..You have just mentioned 2 of them and more than one classifies it as a Migraine Syndrome. But, I am sure you will recognize these symptoms also.....ringing in the ears, balance distress, sensitivity to light, facial tenderness around the eyes and on the cheeks.. can go on with more but, you will notice there is considerable tenderness at the base of the skull on one side.

Benign positional vertigo is a diagnosis of the symptom but not what is causing it..besides you have more problems than the vertigo. Would make a pretty complicated diagnosis if all the symptoms were included in that diagnosis, as is the vertigo.

I get Migraines that start that way. 2 additional triggers to my headaches are heavy odors(laundry detergent aisle) and soy-based inks(bookstores and magazine aisles)You should run these symptoms by your physician and also start a logbook by recording everywhere you have been and what you were near when the headache or dizziness starts. I hope this helps you.To get more info, do a search on migraine symptoms, the internet will tell you a lot!

Rosa, your poetry has really come on in leaps and bounds. All of these are good poems. I wish you would post them one at a time though. I will come back later when I have more time to give you my opinion on each one. See ya later... Edit: Rosa the first poem is by far my favourite. It can be improved further and Candy has given you an idea how you can go about it. In fact you have had some good critique already from people who have made some sensible suggestions to you. The first poem I really, really like. It is not dark at all to me. It is a poem of hope and it is very heartfelt. Nicely done.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

it could be migraines for the headaches..they have shown that to much sunlight can cause headaches for people you might be just super sensitive....as for the dizzyness and can't focus that might be double vision
