I know someone who did that a lot. She was never secure of herself and would always bring herself down. You can't doubt yourself. He chose YOU. And now you both are together. Not him and his ex. There must be something different about YOU that he likes and that's why you two are together. It's pointless to compare yourself to someone who isn't part of your relationship. Just forget about her. She doesn't have him now, you do.
