But, many of the top scientists in the world, and many with Nobel prizes in science even currently are strong believers in the creation of the world by an intelligent and personal God even though they don’t have all the answers yet…And as they search deeper and deeper into science and the workings of our world, it becomes more and more possible to rationally consider the existence of an intelligent designer who many call God.
Albert Einstein-said (not a Christian, but a believer in an intelligent designer)…
Albert Einstein, The World As I See It, (1974), Bonanza Books, New York, page 40.

Albert Einstein believed there was no inseparable contradictions between God and science, as reported in an essay he wrote Religion and Science: Irreconcilable? Christian Unitarian Register 127, (June, 1948) pages 19, 20

There was once a man who spoke at our church, Hosea Woo. His wife attends church with him also. She was listed in, "Who's who in America'. She was a chemist.

The point is that many who believe in evolution believe that science has proved it, but even their colleagues believe otherwise. Many less learned people believe in evolution because "they" say so, and in this context "they" are scientists. Those less learned use this "fact" to prove that evolution is a fact. “If all scientists believe it, it must be true.” Many are so stubborn that they refuse to believe that ANY prestigious scientist could disagree with them, even in the face of evidence that some do. They are no more objective concerning “fact’ of evolution then they are in the ‘fact’ that no scientist have any other view. In other words, there confidence is so fragile that they NEED to believe that all of the best scientists AGREE with them.

I didn't see anything about how he proved any Christian belief to be true. All I saw was that his "scientific discovery" is that he believes that "the highest purpose a man can find for his life is to serve the Will of God." He thinks that America is 'ailing spiritually' because the theory of evolution is causing people to believe less in God. Without a belief in God, he wonders how people can judge right from wrong. I don't see how this is a scientific discovery.

His MRI work does not prove there is a God.

What did he invent?

I'm sure if it came from "answers in genesis . org" it is not true.

It seems to me that the idea of a personal God is an anthropological concept which I cannot take seriously. I also cannot imagine some will or goal outside the human sphere.... Science has been charged with undermining morality, but the charge is unjust. A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties and needs; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death.

Does a person have to be atheist to be a good scientist? NO. I don't think so. Do they have to believe in evolution and natural selection as the process by which life has come to its present state? YES. There is no way we could call someone a good scientist if they are spouting religious creationism from Genesis.

Think about any facet of science- Geology, Biology, Chemistry, Astronomy, Physics - they all point to 1- the earth is NOT 6,000 years old; its closer to four and a half billion years old. 2- living organisms adapt to their environment over time.

So they very well could be theists -- they could absolutely not ascribe to the Christian, Muslim or Jewish religions (unless they form their own interpretations which agree with evolution, natural selection and the correct age of the earth).

I'm glad to hear that Bible-believing Christians are being taken seriously and given proper accolades for their achievements and inventions.

It is not real, as any Pastafarian will tell you, the world was created by the Flying Spaghetti Monster.
