For the past two weeks i've been doing weight lifting because I want to get better in EXCEL gym because i'm the only one that can only do 2.5 on each side of the 45lb bar in squats. I haven't been getting any better.

For SQUATS I can BARELY do 2.5 on each end of the bar,
LATERAL PRESS I can only do 10lb dumb bells for each arm.
SHRUGS- 15lb dumb bells on each arm
FRONTAL PRESS I can only do 10lb dumb bells
Bench press- 5lb on each end of the bar

So am I a weakling or what? By the way for each excersize I can do at the most 3X10 but sadly sometimes its only 3X7.

Please help. Be honest ok?

I mean i'm eating enough. I know that. This is an EXAMPLE of what I would eat in a day---

Breakfast___ Cereal(wheaties), Yogert,water

Snack___Grapes,100 cal. teddy gram pack,water

Lunch___ Hamburger(Wheat bread),water,chocolate milk(ovaltine),corn on the cob

Snack___ Apple,water,1 fruit and grain bar, water

Dinner___ Water, Chocolate milk(ovaltine), Egg sandwhich(wheat)(White egg only), corn on the cob

Snack___ Cereal(Wheaties),yogert,water

Water amount daily-- at least A GALLON. Ovisally not all at once.

Excersize time DAILY- 30minutes to 1hour a day.

Is my eating habits ok for building muscle and actually getting stronger? Honesty is the best policy.

Take a deep breathe and relax. :) You shouldn't be hard on yourself at all. I mean we can't just simply close our eyes and muscle appears. Trust me things would be easier if they did. So i'm glad that you are devoted enough to try and get better and it seems your very passionate but everyone needs a break. So remember don't be hard on yourself and just do the best you can.

If you are trying hard - don't worry - you will gain muscle - these things take time.

It takes time. Um, you seem to be eating well..... To be honest, those really big guys take steroids.

NO, YOUR REALLY SMALL. I WEIGH EXACTLY 112 TOO AND I AM 5'4" AS WELL. EXCEPT FOR IM TWENTY. I WOULD SAY IF ME AND YOU HAD A COMPETITON, YOU WOULD PROBABLY KICK MY as$

YOU ARE A SMALL PERSON AND IT TAKES TIME TO BUILD UP MUSCLE. JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING.
