Unfortunatley, eating different types of food will do nothing for the length of your tongue. Of course, a lot depends on genetics and what you have to start, but there are some simple exercises you can do a for a few minutes each day at home that helped me. I would first start by simply sticking your toungue out as far as possible for 60 seconds at a time. This will gently and gradually begin to stretch the connective tissues. I should point out here that some people's tongues are connected closer to the tip than others. The farther back you are connected in the first place, the greater potential you have for lenghtening your tongue. Try this for a few minutes each day for about a week. Then, you can begin incorporating motion while stretching, moving your tongue from side to side, and up and down, as if you were trying to touch your nose or the lower-most portion of your chin. Finally, as a last step, you can begin incorporating light weights, but DO NOT START OUT this way, or you may wind up pulling the connective tissue too much, too fast, and you will have to wait for it to heal before starting out again. Attaching a weight to your tongue is a little tricky; you want the tongue to be as dry as possible before you start. I found that eating a couple saltine crackers first seemed to work best for me. Basically I would tie a 2 foot string around my tongue and tape it it place. Make sure it is secure enough not to slip off. Then, attach the other end to a full, 16 oz. water bottle. From there, all you need to do is stand and let the weight of the water bottle do its work. Swing the bottle gently and let it stretch out the tongue. You probably won't see gains of 2 or 3 inches, but an inch or so is definatley possible. I was able to add 3/4 of an inch to my own tongue in under 2 months. Hope this helps, and good luck!

You can't make your tongue longer. That is genetics not anything else.
You can however learn to make it stronger by doing tongue exercises since it is a muscle. By gainign strength within your tongue you can control the individual muscles within you tongue and their for do more with it while eating....or other things. LOL

I suggest burying your face in a fury vaginia. This will greatly strengthen the muscles in your tongue. You may want to bring along a clothes pin, just in case the smell is awful. good luck and happy diving.

You can always follow the latest trend of getting plastic surgery. Let's face it, certain body parts just can't be enhanced naturally. Good luck!

I've never heard of anyone stretching their tongue...perhaps some online research will reveal something to you, but my guess is that you've got what you've got.
