my heart.

Explained: I know in my heart what is truth for me, and that truth has helped me to go on when I am going through hard times. Everyone finds their strength in different ways/different things, it is usually in religion of some form, but not always. Either way, I find my strength in what I have found.

Hello Red Queen.. :)

I think I know what you are speaking of.. :(

Today was a day of testing for me..my son went to court to retain custody of his new born son and his year old daughter..the Guardian Ad Lit em sided on the Mom's behalf, though she is looking at jail time for assaulting my son..she also left both children home alone.. :(

The Judge awarded my two precious grandchildren to the Mom..my son is heart broken..he had both children on his own for 3 full months now..

I also am not allowed to see them unless their Mom allows me to, which she told me today..Oh Well too bad so sad.. :(

I Trust the Lord knowing full well that what was made for bad, something good will come of it..for I have given all my heartache and sorrow to Him, for He is in Charge..

I now have peace within my heart and I do not hold what happened today against anyone..

For we must forgive..

Without being able to forgive, it would fester and cause alot of people myself included nothing but pain, along comes with it more heartache, there is already just way too much of that, everywhere in this world.. :(

I know you are not a Christian..but if you want to, you can listen to this video..

I am here for you if you need someone to talk to..I will not preach to you..but I will listen.. :)

You are in my heart and prayers..

In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

mostly meat. My relationship with the creator is most often the source of my energy.

There once were a few months where I received energy from another person as well, and that was an experience I hold dear in my memory.

I guess when I did, I'd say trying to develop peace of mind and thinking things through. It usually involves understanding what is really at stake. Are we hurt in some way physically? Or just emotionally upset. Talk to your friends, your family. Get some words of encouragement. Try and go on. It'll get better.

1. the fact that Jesus went through that and much more.
2. The fact that I know He cares.
3. The fact that I know God, who loves me, is sovereign over everything.
4. The Holy Spirit within me, who is also called "the Comforter".

silence gives me the means to visualize my strength. courage comes from the strength i am gifted through prayer. with courage, and strength in my inner self, i am more apt to handle times of trouble. a safe quiet place to meditate, or just relax, is great for de-stressing and re-evaluating situations and feelings. it's always good to remember: you are not alone in your suffering. we are all in this together, no matter how we choose to work it out.

My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! I could never have made it this far without Him in my life. I cannot imagine not having the Lord. That is a scary place to be. I praise Him and thank Him for saving me, and filling me with His wonderful peace and comfort. I know He loves me. And I know He is with me always~
