It really depende upon how many state workers are pushing it..even with a hndred of them it alsawys seems to go wayyyyyyyyy too slow for my own good!!!!!!\Christ Child in a side car.......takes the people on salary the sitting in their seats over thirty five people to push a piece of string in a state job...find an indepented hungry for answers and not just passing time.
Otherwise...with the right people it really is a piece of piss and simple!
