just smile, laugh when he makes a joke but when everyone else does, but dont be like too out there, or else he'll think your too easy, and if he plays a sport go to a game with some of his friends, and let him know you care :)

Smile. Say something flirtatious and funny. Don't be crude. Just talk to them. Don't talk endlessly about work. Girls actually like hearing about sports. I know some will say they don't, but a lot of us actually like football, hockey, basketball and other sports.
