I cooked it about a week ago and froze it right away. How long can I keep it frozen before it is no longer good to eat? It is only about one half of a pound and it has no other food, like veggies. It was frozen in water.

I keep my cooked shrimp frozen for about no longer than 2 months. It depends on how much condesation got into the package and froze. But the sooner the better, it's so good to have on hand.

Defrost them under cool water (takes about 10 minutes for a 2 lb bag). Add them toward the end of cooking since they only need to be heated (not cooked). Future reference, just buy frozen uncooked shrimp. Get split tail or ez peel. It will take you an extra 10 minutes to prepare, but the shrimp will be much better.

Should be good at least for a few months.
