ok well Me and my boyfreind talk to each other online ALL the time and we like talk alot online but not a school he tells pople we are going out and stuff but he dosent talk to me he says hey and thats about it what do i do???

If he is talking to you all the time online he has probably run out of things to say in person. No offense but as long as your not secret spys your life really isn't that exciting and after IMing you he probably just has nothing new to add.
Not only that your both at school. Your minds need to be on your studies not on each other to the point where your ignoring your schoolwork.

It sounds like he is shy and can only talk to you online, sometimes guys need to be pushed a little so they can take a hint and start talking to you face to face because right now he is treating you like you only exist in the fantasy world of the internet.
At school next time you see him go up to him and bring up something that you were talking about the night before.

Tell him you want a in person and not an online boyfriend. If he doesnt want to accomadate, then move on.

Maybe he's shy or just doesn't want to act inappropriately in public. Maybe when he talks to you, it makes it hard for him to concentrate on classes, and he wants to do well.
I'd just talk to him about it.
