After a seeing responses to a couple of other questions about coloring dogs, I just have to ask why do people think this is cruel? I'm thinking you don't understand the process. There are NO toxic chemicals being used. It's no more cruel than giving a dog a bath. What part of it do you find cruel? After watching and participating in several creative grooming competitions, and dying clients' dogs, I have yet to see one dog die or even suffer for it.
If you don't like the look of it, that's one thing, but that does not justify crying animal cruelty.

The dyes we use such as Manic Panic are NOT like the ones most people put in there hair. No amonia, no peroxide. No harmful chemicals. No oder. I suspect it's not a case of not understanding the process, but not understanding the products as well.
Once again, of the hundreds of dogs I've seen dyed, not one has a skin problem, including my own.
