I think basically, dont go out with someone if you dont actually have feelings for them. So, for a starter, try instill in your kids (if thats the way you are asking) or for yourself.. make sure you actually have feelings for the person.

I think 15+ is a good age to go on dates just the two of them. Let them hang out with guys and girls before than though. You dont want to make a big deal out of it because it will make it a bigger deal for them. Having a boyfriend at 16 is very normal. Just make sure its all sensible.

As a parent of two girls, I think 43 would be a good age for them to start dating... but honestly, I would think somewhere around 15 to 16, depending on their level of maturity. Of course, always make sure there is a chaperone (whether they know it or not)... heheheheeee

I think you should let them hang out with groups of people or mabe just a movie or dinner...at age 15 and up. Do not let them have a BF/GF untill they are at least 17.

The key word in this question is "kids". Kids should not be thinking about dating at all. This is an adult question with adult consequences and feelings that "kids" are not prepared or should be addressing.
