I met my wife in a chat room. When we arranged to meet we both fell in love at first sight. this was 4 years ago and we married last easter. we are very happy, and I'll love her forever.

Yes me :-) i met my boyfriend on yahoo personals and it's working out just great. He's moved in with me now (he's been here a few months) and we have a lovely cat together called Darwin. I can honestly say this is the happiest I've ever been because I was finding it difficult to meet guys who liked the same stuff as me (punk music etc) through the friends I had but we get on great and I love him more and more each day.

i have, i joined yahoo personnals in august 2005. It was something i wouldn't usually do i had been divorced a few years, I met my current husband on there. I talked to him on line for 2 months before actually meeting him. Glad i did though, as i married him june 2006. \we have so many things in common and clicked straight away, i am very happy, Quick i know, but you know when its right a gut feeling.
On the internet, i would say when you do meet someone meet in a public place, tell friends where you are and carry a mobile.

My mum met my step dad on the net a couple of years ago. They are now blissfully happy and in the middle of buying a bigger house so that both families can come and visit at any time!
At their wedding last year I was their bridesmaid with his daughter and my bro gave our mum away. It was quite a beautiful, moving day really and just goes to show the net does bring people together!

yes. We met on the net at www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2 ! we talked there a while but were just friends then when we met at a site meet up and 2 years later we are engaged amnd living together. quite a few people have met and married through that site!

Yes - we aren't together anymore but HALF of all single people go on websites and there are some good sucess stories. I tried on one night after a glass of wine and to get over my ex!!!! Met a very good looking chap on there - we got on brilliantly. Reason he used the site - all his mates had settled down and he didnt get out much. However, he felt the constant need to prove to me that once upon a time - every girl in town fancied him blah blah. Was forever playing games, winding me up. Fact is, deep down I think he was embarrassed about using the Net as it was our "little secret". The macho act of his drove me away which was a shame as we really were a good match. As long as you are happy about using the site - go for it. There is still a stigma attached but times are changing and people are finding it easier to go on the net for dates then wasting their time in the "cattle market" clubs on Saturday night. Good luck.

I met a guy on here! He was lovely! so sexy. He travelled 250 miles to my house, we had an amazing weekend together, lots of sex and good times. After he left i didn't hear from him again. He left me a sexually transmitted disease, how nice!

my best friend meets girls offline all the time and they are always really crazy. i am not saying that every girl is, but i dont think it's really too smart to meet people off of the internet

yes i met my egyptian prince on the net and we have met in person while i was on holiday in eygpt things are still going stong and he is coming over here to visit in two weeks.
