How can a man make schnapps?

be it hard or not, it must be attained. I'm out of country where there are no deliciousness

Put cinnamon and water in grain alcohol or whatever and water. It has to be either an extract or something solid. Basicaly you are infusing, and then diluting the drink to your tastes. It sounds strange though. Everywhere I have been I have seen schnaps. Eurpoe and south america.
