stop trying. this will put less pressure on you and your partner and will make you both feel relaxed. if you find out when ovulation is going to be buy using the ovulation test strips that you can get from any leading chemist, sore them in superdrug today, you will no more about the time you need to start having sex. The best advice i can give you is not to have to much sex as it can damage your fertility by over working your sexual organs which can be the reason why you have been unable to conceive. if you relax for a bit calm down the sex and talk to your partner about what i have told you then this may help you both. Easing the pressure on trying for a baby will defiantly help as whenever any body i know have been trying and they decide to stop trying within a year the are pregnant and enjoying preparing for there new baby. If you don't want to do this then speak to your doctor or your local family planning center as they should be able to help but do expect them to give you my advice. If after you have taken my advice and after 6mths to a year you have not conceived then go to your doctor. your doc should then give you some advice and will possibly refer you on for tests. don't give up hope.

Too much pressure and stress can have an opposite affect. If you try too hard your little swimmers may not make the grade.
A doctor can advise your lady friend of her cycle and when things would be best. Ovulation times vary during the months

Take your sperm to a fitness gym. LOL just kidding. Eat healthy and work out regularly. Your partner should lay down after sex to keep the sperm in.

Wear boxer shorts, it increases the sperm flow. See a doctor to have your sperm count checked. Just cause you're healthy doesn't mean your sperm count can't be low.
