Get up on my feet and let go of every excuse, because I wouldn't want my baby to go through what I went through. There comes a time when you must take a stand, and I will take it now!

I'm currently researching ways to do this.
I've signed up for some volunteer work at a hospital and also I can't forget about the animals so I've volunteered to help out with them too (on top of a 40+hour work week!).
I've also seen an idea where you can pay for the person behind you in a drive thru or toll booth. Great for people on a budget.
I'm going to keep my eyes open for things I can do to help others and just this environment in general...opportunities are all over the place!

like if you have a old friend or some one that you know
just to a phone call or go to see them to say hello or just to see how they are doing an keep it up thats something that i do alot an it helps tham know that there is some one out there that is still thinking of them
