You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

Breastfeeding is the best, easiest way to lose weight - also, put the baby in a pram or carrier and get out of the house - go for walks, the baby will love it!

The best way is to breastfeed, you work up to 8000 calories off when you do, if that isnt an option for you the other way is pilates, ecspecially if youve just given birth, doctors perfer you to wait 6 weeks before any vigorus exceriseing.

If you really want to change the shape of your body then you need to do some weights. I would recommend a body pump class if you can find one - combines cardio and weights and you get fast results. After the first one, you won't hardly be able to walk, but it gets easier!!

you will loose weight gradually, mine took ages to go, i still have my little bit that hangs over my tummy. i did a few sit ups, did alot of running up and down stairs, ate 3 healthy meals a day, replaced my usual dozen cups of tea a day to about 3 and drank water too.
i know it will seem like your not loosing any, but trust me, within a few weeks you will be able to tell. i didnt weigh myself often as i was always disappointed, try weighing yourself once every 2 weeks if you usually do it every other day
