I like to go with corsets. They draw my waist in and enhance my hips and boobs. I don't need my waist pulled in, but I like what it does to my boobs, and the men that I know, seem to like them too. When I go out, I wear a corset as part of a gown, and men stare at me everywhere I go.

Tight clothes is never "dressing to impress!!". On the contrary, tight clothes scream insecurity, downplaying intelligence, and more importantly, how darn uncomfortable a woman is willing to be thinking she will have power over a man.
When women wear tight clothes, super low cut tops, "up to the privates skirts" advertise nothing but insecurity. Looking a certain way -- whether it's a woman or a man-- may not give the impression the wearer thinks it does. For example, looking sexy does NOT mean the person wearing the costume really IS sexy. They may be awful in bed. And a person who wears a mildly sexy outfit may be absolutely awesome in bed. It's judging a book by it's cover.
And conversely just because a woman, for example, dresses like a tramp doesn't mean she's stupid or easy. However, I do judge a book by it's cover (wrong or right) and if the cover of the book is boring or sleezy, I am very likely not going to spend my money to buy it.
So rethink your wardrobe. Sensual is an advertisement for hot sex. Tight clothes is usually an advertisement for "I'm easy, use me, and drop me."
It hurts me when women don't understand their sexuality. And, it confirms my opinion that men have no taste in women until they're in their mid-30s.

If you wear tight clothes that is for every guy and not just the one that you are trying to flirt with.

I like to wear clothes that fit nice.
If I were a super skinny girl, I might wear tight clothes then, but still nothing particularly restricting. I like being able to breathe!!!
