the kitten bites and the mom is there but the mom is very sweet but not when it comes to her baby.

If the kitten is with it's mom, you probably need to leave it alone if it's not in danger. If you are trying to catch it to get it out of danger, get a towel and some wet cat food. Put the food down where the kitten can smell it and when it comes, move slowly towards it , wrap it in the towel and take to safety. Don't forget Mom.

First of all, be careful, if you can have someone to help you, then ask for it because your safety is important.
Try scruffing her quickly. You've got to move quickly without any hesitation because your cat will sense this and take advantage of it.
If she is really aggressive, try throwing a towel or tshirt over her, so she can't see your hand coming and if she tries to bite, she will most likely get a wad of towel in her mouth.
But please be careful.

Leave that baby alone!!! If the mom is there, then it is not time for the baby to be taken from her. Once the mom weans the baby, then you can take it.

jump on the higher thing than the momma cat can reach and take a run for it after wards and its really easy to catch a kitten

the only thing that i know of is put some oven mitts on and catch the mother first, where ever mommy is the baby will come. and put out some cat milk to sweeten the deal, hopefully that works for you.

try grabbing it by the back of the neck because it won't be able to bite or scratch at you and you won't hurt it in the process

try a treat when she comes by to get it drop a box over her and scoop her up
