Use the key code that came with the software. If you don't have the key, then tell Microsoft to take a hike and use the free OpenOffice instead.

You need to enter the key code located on the CD jacket. This may have happened if you added new hardware to your computer.

means its asking to be registered, eg the trail has ran out etc.. or the software has just been installed for the first time, if u paid for the program u should have a serial number/key. if u didnt well thats just hard luck go pay for it.

and? you should have the key if you bought the software if not you got a 60 day trial on the pc and its time to buy it
