what ot they generally mean does it mean i like you take care or take care as in goodbye...i dated this guy for a bit we both liked each other he asked me if i wanted to go away with him for a week house sitting his family home they have...long story shory i was really stressed about my work and acted a bit strange like snapped at him for no reason we broke up but when i have seen him out he always stars at me and get jealous if im taliking to other guys... anyway i texted him the other day to apologise about acting wierd..he texted back and he hasnt done this much i have been appologising fora while ...it said"dont worry about it. It doesnt matter. Glad you and your frineds can laugh about it. Take care" what does this mean..initially when i met him he had been looking at me for about 40minutes before he approached me. Men could you please help me interpret his actions..i really like him but am confused by his signals what should one do?XXX

I think take care is kind of a platonic, safe, non-commital sign-off for a note. It's kind and caring but not romantic or mushy. It can be for a friend or girlfriend or relative or stranger. It's generic. No hidden meaning, I would say. Kind of like, "Don't get hit by a bus."
