Talk to him about it and why watching you give birth has all of the sudden made your vagina "distasteful" (pun intended). Make sure he's aware nothing has changed down there re: taste or texture and the baby stuff is over so there's nothing "gross" down there.
If he's still resistant...you'll have to decide if you're willing to live w/o that pleasure from him indefinitely...and whether or not he's deserving of it from you (assuming that you give him bjs).
