Wow, this is incredably poor German sentence structure, to the point where the last sentence really does not make much sense.

The closest I can get, is:
"Congrats" [not a German word or expression] By using a dictionary, you have tried to help someone solve her problems. I would like to thank you for for your attempt to help me, and [therefore] like to help you. Go to http://www.matmice.com/home/practicepage [where] I have [some] advice.

It basically says.. Congrats you have tried to translate this and to help someone. Found a solution to your problem. you would like to thank me for trying to help you and i(that's you) would like to help you(that's me). Then go to this website..

do you want it translated in english? because that german is really bad - i could translate it to you in proper german....but lets try english:
